All items in stock are shipped within (1) business day.

Rental Deposits and Cancellation Policy:

First-time renters will be charged a deposit at the time of rental order placement. The deposit will equal 10% of the rental price.
All rentals will be secured with a credit card at the time the rental order is placed.
A rental may be cancelled 10 days prior to the start of the rental period with no penalty. The full deposit will be credited back to the customer. If a rental order is cancelled less than 10 days from the start of the rental period, the 10% deposit on the rental fee will not be credited.
In all cases, any direct expenses incurred by Landmark Audio such as shipping, customizing equipment or special orders will be itemized in an invoice and charged to the customer account.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Landmark Audio backs its products with a 30-day satsifaction guarantee. If you are not happy with our product we will take it back and give you a full refund. All equipment must be returned in original boxes and authorized by Landmark Audio prior to shipment.
